RUTGERS SWAG PORTAL
Rutgers Swag powered by Consolidus, is an online portal that offers Rutgers departments and student groups thousands of products at competitive pricing and free ground shipping. Sign in with your Net ID at swag.rutgers.edu and start to shop! No other forms need to be completed. University logos have been pre-loaded to the portal for your convenience, or you can upload your own artwork, making embellishing your products easy. The Office of Trademark Licensing works directly with Consolidus to review your artwork.
Rutgers Departments
Rutgers departments can visit the swag.rutgers.edu site to shop or punchout directly through RU Marketplace. Look for the Branded Swag by Consolidus tile to help make checkout a breeze.

The Office of Trademark Licensing, in adherence with university policy, protects and promotes the use of the Rutgers logotype, signatures, symbols, phrases, and any other marks and elements that represent Rutgers University. To maintain the integrity of our brand and trademarks, all merchandise bearing the Rutgers name may only be produced by a licensed vendor.

If Consolidus is unable to meet your needs, the university maintains licenses with a number of local and specialty vendors. Click on the option below that best suits your needs:

A Branded Merchandise Artwork Review form must be completed prior to placing orders with these suppliers.
Remember – just because a vendor is listed in Marketplace, does not mean they are licensed to produce products bearing the Rutgers names or logos.
